The Management is ok, but the Human Resoruce Management is very poor and they are making their own policies and they wont respond to all the employee's queries. If you come to the employee's appraisal cycle as I have never seen before this type of appraisal cycle. The employee's supervisor will give one rating then this HR management will take this rating in another way and give grade as this type of appraisal cycle is not there in any of the company in India I think so. Also they are always ready to modify the employees CTC to take back from the statutory benefits. Totaly the HR management is very pure and they wont work for the employee's as work for the higher management....Read More
