Likes

Excellent culture. I worked on 2 different projects. In both the teams I met very kind and very supportive people. Managers and higher managers were totally understanding. And overall company is very nice. But , for my job role I couldn't explore much. And recession hampered my bad but will recommend the company if some wants to be in calm and nice environment.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Nothing much. Pace of work is very slow. Not much updated technology stack for a techy person. But still overall company is very good.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
