They don't send an offer letter in advance via email. They (Everest Food Products Pvt. Ltd.) will give it to you after two months of your joining.
In an interview discussion, a certain amount and designation will be communicated. They will take your confirmation over an email that you will be joining on a certain date. After you join, you will be hoping to get the salary you really asked for in the post for which you have applied.
But the reality is that they will pay you much less than what you have asked for. In my case, I had been asked to join as a claims officer. After two months, I got my letter.
