India`s Leading spice manufacturing company "Everest Spices" is looking for an Chief Information Officer to manage the Information Technology department in Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibility

• Develop and execute the company IT strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Provide leadership and vision for technology innovation, digital transformation, and IT operations.
• Advise and collaborate with senior management on key business decisions to ensure technology solutions support strategic goals.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends to position the company as a market leader.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the companys IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Should possess Qualitative experience in SAP S4 HANA, ERP, DMS, SFA, CRM Solution Implementation with BI Analytics Solution and Integration.
• Digitalization of Sales Marketing & Field Sales Team business process through SFA application implementation.
• Ensure the cyber security and integrity of the companys data, systems, and digital assets are well secured.
• Implementation of S4Hana and Fiori Applications and tight integration with 3rd party applications.
• Implemented cyber security tools and solutions like Firewalls, NAC, MDM, WAF, DLP, VAPT, DMARC and SIEM and abreast of latest security tools and technologies.
• Driving, PAN-India rollout of Sales Force Automation and Distributor Management System with tight integration with SAP to optimize secondary sales processes, improve inventory control, and enhance data visibility to management.
• Manage the IT department, including recruiting, training, and evaluating technology staff.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of IT systems, especially during times of growth or change.
• Lead the organizations digital transformation efforts to leverage new technologies, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience.
• Explore and implement innovative technologies such as AI, cloud computing, data analytics, and automation to improve efficiency and competitive advantage.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT team and broader organization.
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard the companys systems, data, and intellectual property.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards as per the industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks, ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Develop and manage the IT departments budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high service levels.
• Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure value for money.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with technology partners and vendors.
• Foster strong collaboration between the IT department and other business functions to ensure technology solutions meet the needs of the organization.
• Communicate complex technological concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and other senior executives.
• Report regularly on IT performance, challenges, and progress against strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and managing large-scale IT projects.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics, and enterprise software.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing innovative technology solutions.
• Strong track record in managing IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
