Old work culture, management should improve, some company policy like 340 working day no leave it is more that a probation period only 10 public holidays with added if u take paid leave still ur salary will deduct amount of travel expenses and big brand like Everest no Saturday off due to work load why work load is more because of old work process or management. people are so judgmental and there are people u can see tipical colleagues and if u are a junior senior management will not listen u further on any sensitive topic.
