The work-life balance here seems good because even if the organization is in complete disarray, the employees leave at 6 without a care in the world. There have been so many management changes that absolutely nobody feels connected to the cause, and this is a good thing because the cause in itself is a lost one.

- Politics fuel the organization. There was a clear path and trajectory towards sustainable success over the past 90 years and then one fine morning everyone who knew what they were doing, was kicked out and a bunch of newbies were brought in from different industries. This could be a recipe for success but it wasn't, don't believe me? Look at how the stock price is plummeting. Everyone with half a brain wants to jump ship and the repetition of these attrition cycles has meant only the worst of the worst are staying back. In a vicious cycle, the company's financials reflect the current state. - The modern history of Everest is riddled with mass murder. An asbestos sheet manufacturer that is spreading poison across the city of Kolkata and many other places. Check Al Jazeera's video report on how asbestos is a silent killer in India. They mishandle it in the name of cost-cutting, putting thousands of lives at stake. Speaking of precious lives, Mithil Easwaran was an NIT + IIMK graduate working in the Jaipur market, he passed away while traveling and the company dares to not even release a statement or a social media post. The amount of rigorous field travel they make people do, and then they discuss how lives are being lost while sitting in their ivory towers disgusts me. -No secure plan for the future, just using big words to convince people that the business is legitimate(it isn't). A tragic misstep in anyone's career. The Business Development folk(top managers) barely speak English. They embarrass themselves in the market and pretend like nothing happened. Here is worker union. Management Is really very bad they only depends on worker union. Staff [Engineer, manager] not playing very important role in this company in my 13th years of experience I found company is going vary bad politics and last 2 years. Company workmen easy to abuse you. Management never support you. Because of Management politics together with union is pathetic. Cultural is also very bad. The location am working is dahej I have to travel daily 1.5 hours to reach comapny by company bus and please see your company location and conditions of city also the top management people are old mindset no automation and no one will mentor you.

Top management are worst People favouritism is the worst, only one person gets everything without doing anything. And one who work very hard gets nothing. Too much politics from top to lower level of hierarchy Outdated desktops which was used in back 2010, 3rd generation PC and with 4 to 8 GB Ram which is worst as a design engineer. No R&D person for PEB engineering, you have to develop your own excels which is not the part of your main job. Managers do not take there responsibility. HR don't listen. Trainee get more salary than 3 year experience person working in Everest. Company is very good in terms of policy but some managers and employees are ruining everything. Corruption is also there people use company money for there personal use. And reimburse the fake bills cost thousands of rupees, fake meeting to take travel benefits...Read More
