This hospital is a Christian Mission hospital. As such it is meant to cater the needs of the underprivileged of the society. You would see a good spectrum of medicine cases here ( predominantly CKD, sickle cell disease and infectious disease). The satisfaction you get by helping the poor is definitely gratifying. Being located in a backward district we will have to rely more on our clinical skills and diagnostic facilities are limited although basic blood tests and radiological tests (x ray and ct scan) are available....Read More

Lack of some of diagnostic tests can make management a bit difficult.

We have to rely more on our clinical skills here so it helps us from the practical point of view. OPD is fairly busy. There is ample time to balance work and studies.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
