Higher management is not considering people management as key skill while promoting people and as a result of this negligence, the people promoted to AVP and VP are unable to manage the team. Higher management belittles the employees by telling them they arenot doing good enough and then giving minimum appraisal or growth opportunities</mark>. The company works on the principal of mind+machine and is open to innovation. I love the fact that my works is given high credibility upon which we get a chance to perform much better and seek for growth opportunities. Colleagues are quite supporting and we work happily in collaboration. I like the employer re-hire policy.

Fixed shift of 9 hours. Don't have to extend much if not done any mistake. If committed deliverable to client than one might is asked to sit till 11 pm ( general work shift 9 to 6 ) this happens rarely though

Seniors are heartless. They go to any extent to make your life miserable. They only care about their promotion. Some times they push you to resign even if you don't want it. They give you corner seat and suddenly the team mates stop talking to you and you feel lonely and rejected. Theydo this so that the employee leaves the company on his own. Lot of mental pressure. Seniors are rude. Have no basic manners to respect every individuals. More than a company this place gives a glimpse of political battle ground where everybody hates each other. Stressful. Employee is asked to work for 9 hours and they literary count every single minute to be filled on time sheet. If you have worked for 9 hrs and if your senior doesnt approve your work then your hours are deducted and your work is counted as 6/9
