There is a lots of politics and the team leader is very much partial and she only listen to her favorites person. Even she assign the work according to that. Here is no growth opportunities at all you can see the people who are working from last 5 yrs at the same post.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
