1. Very old technologies 2. Fake promises made to retain employees. 3. No consistency in one project. Managers are in a favour of only hand picked people. Only there are able to grow in programs. 4. Poor appraisal like 4% - 7% even though ur salary is very less than other folks in the same program. 5. Don't join this company by looking in colorful numbers in ur offer Letter. Don't lose ur future.

No work life balance 2. High amount of work ( no consideration for female employees, they are also forced to work beyond their shift schedules) 3. Office politics and extreme high micro management ( The managers and the scrum masters are highly proficient in these tasks, your success won’t be rewarded here , do one mistake and they will judge your performance on this sole mistake . Another way of cutting appraisals) 4. Minimal Promotions and hikes (Here an employee with 20 years of experience works as a senior QA , Imagine someone expecting to get promoted to managerial position, they might have to wait for an eternity.
