There is nothing to like about here. Whole organisation is micromanaged

Please do look for opportunities outside this organisation (Consider this as the last option) Here are the some of the pain/stress points of an employee working in this organisation: 1. No work life balance 2. High amount of work ( no consideration for female employees, they are also forced to work beyond their shift schedules) 3rk style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Office politics and extreme high micro management ( The managers and the scrum masters are highly proficient in these tasks, your success won’t be rewarded here , do one mistake and they will judge your performance on this sole mistake . </mark>Another way of cutting appraisals) 4. Minimal Promotions and hikes (Here an employee with 20 years of experience works as a senior QA , Imagine someone expecting to get promoted to managerial position, they might have to wait for an eternity. Every year just before appraisals, their revenue plummets and they move into recession keeping employees into false commitments) P.S : I can write several points here, but i think it might give you a brief idea regarding the toxic work culture here. Full of office politics, if we are close to higher level managers we will rewarded unless there no work or productivity shown . Even if we work hard no appreciation . We should listen to our bosses. Bad politics and no support from senior. When you ask for leave then will show that company will not run without you and secondary comes for for appraisal then will show that what did you for company
