Politics, recruiting tamilians n keralites. Worst Management experience. They get u in double package but that's d beauty of them to attract the employees and get locked for yrs n yrs until they themselves kicked u off (mind it they did) Variable bonus and increment last yr was given in July Aug without arrears.
