Management really need to work on their managers. They really need qualified managers rather than just promoting people to manager's post just based on experience. Due to proper lack of managerial skills, unwanted pressure and bad culture is developed. Weekend work is also encouraged along with 15-16 hours of work.

Eurofins feels stuck, recently more emphasis on infra projects. Salary hike , promotions are hard to come..HR and Leadership seems disconnected. Senior leadership has no meaningful work, just happy holding to their stagnant positions for paycheck with influence.
