Work Life balance is OK since we are the master of our time

Dislikes

Politics heavy + Conventional style won't get changed + its a drift which everyone cannot withstand- No office atmosphere- No ambiance- still in 90's seems

Initially exciting to make the changes tried implementing different work culture but later found people here are not ready to change- rather will make us change - boring ....since no reward & recognition rather blaming since think out of box not acepted

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
