Pathetic- no work culture, no coordination, 0% employees relation, senior management needs the only person who speaks their language. For Junior and Mid junior levels, there is no scope of growth.

Dislikes

Senior Staff members, blaming game, no job security, no transparency, no employee coordination.

I used to handle all the responsibilities of my RM but in returns, I got nothing on the name of increment or appreciation.Only politics

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
