There should be good relation between senior officer and lower staff.group is good but i think managment if take dicision for selection good officer of operation. My experience is siti cable as a opration head very bad.due to my senior officer, also his planning is bad for connectivity.only give and take under preshar to the opration staff .Every time we have should talk to staff for growth. It's very good place to work.since utility business is suffering from Power delegance from Govt. So need to rework on agreement side before taking any power distribution franchise so that any private company can sustain, Rest all good I have taken enough growth 8n my 4.4 yrs ttenure

still i m working in siti cable which is the part of Essel Group. There is nice environment. But right now company will going to shift in Noida.It was really nice exeprience to work with them.

Dislikes

company had decide to shift at Noida but they don't provide a good salary to their employee for get up & down from noida to delhi.
