Everything there is no job security and Management is worst ever in my careers after joining of 10 days they said to resign because they was shut down the operation of EKM Project that time my wife had been due day but they can't understand the situation and send termination without any prior information , only 10 before HR & Sales Head told to me , put your papers otherswise they termination me . And also hold salary & Expensive around 1 Lacs because of this i am totally despressed and fininical struggle . still i m working in siti cable which is the part of Essel Group. There is nice environment. But right now company will going to shift in Noida.It was really nice exeprience to work with them.

Dislikes

company had decide to shift at Noida but they don't provide a good salary to their employee for get up & down from noida to delhi.
