It was very worst experience to worked with Espire Infolab, Management is very bad they don't know how to manage project and team, they pressurize the employees to work on weekend and manager's used abusing language and said it's normal, so guys I suggest please don't join that company even they hold the salaries of employees

I don't like the working environment and work life balance, if project is finished then they will call you and will ask for resignation. Anil dharamsoat previous he was manager but now he is VP . He is a very toxic person, he is responsible for the micro management and always put team call when you are going to logout.

I had a challenging experience working at Espire, The management was very unprofessional and rude, Senior management evenly behave like street vendors, they don’t have work ethics. Salary payment were often delays, even Full and final settlement takes months, even a work environment involved a lot of unnecessary struggle. No job security. They expect even developer to do sales to client.
