I have been employed at Espire for a duration of 2 years. The nicest part, in my opinion, is the extremely flexible work environment; no one micromanages the staff; work-from-home requests are granted with ease; and no one has ever asked you to report to work two or three days a week. I had a challenging experience working at Espire, The management was very unprofessional and rude, Senior management evenly behave like street vendors, they don’t have work ethics. Salary payment were often delays, even Full and final settlement takes months, even a work environment involved a lot of unnecessary struggle. No job security. They expect even developer to do sales to client.
