I was in Human Resources Department. My supervisor was a knowledgeable person. Learned a lot.

Dislikes

Not trying to spread hate but certain things need to be looked after. Top management need be more sensitive about certain things. Freshers are not experienced that should be kept in mind while recruiting them.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
