The company provides a pseudo-security regarding job with no growth in career. The remuneration offered is below average based on the job roles one has to oversee. Management is not likely to understand your needs and your complaints, feedback and suggestions will fall on deaf ears. Along with designated job roles, you will probably have to oversee many other job roles which will definitely be out of one's area of expertise. To sum it all, everyone from the management as well as the Board of Directors are worthless pieces of junk.
