It's my pleasure i'm working in ESDEE. My MD Mr. OP dawar is very nice and big heart person. All over staffs is very good and Excellent team works.

Top management selection is poor, according to me. Company do not worry about this matter , I think something wrong here.

This is the Volvo CE dealer of entire Rajasthan. This company owner is very nice person. The company is open and readily adopt latest technology. Work environment is very nice and peaceful.

Some manager is not qualify for their Job. I think junior is better then. Top management must be think about it.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
