No Humanity at all. Operation managers posted in the company has lesser knowledge than a office boy

I would say the company's overall reputation drew me in. I came to know about them through my friends as they have worked earlier at Escon and also was thankful to my colleagues who helped me to learn new technical aspects while selecting the equipment.

Dislikes

I have given this question a thought and overall i am satisfied with my job, there is not a particular reason that would be coming to my mind as not being happy or disliking while working at Escon Elevators.

No pressure, good for family life. Through COVID- 19 lockdown company not given salary who not on duty. Company give salary only who attend duty, no medical cover, dedication in travelling allowance

Company MD tells you he will increase your salary in three months from joining, but nearly 1-2 years no increase in salary . You not ask then company not provide mediclame also not filled detials in PF too.

I have been working in escon for more than 3 years, and i have been really enjoying. I have been committed to my job and proved my self and so i have been moved to Bangalore from Mumbai as per my request. And it have led me to take a new level to my career. I am thankful to escon management.

Dislikes

I dislike the co workers, who are not committed and just waste time, the management is wasting money on them.
