Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Largely looking for bulk hiring.
- Leading a team of 7 Talent acquisition, overseeing all aspects of recruitment.
- Supervising complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources such as job portals, advertisements, etc. after identification of manpower requirements.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process
- Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire
- Closely working with Stakeholders
- Conduct regular follow-up with Business Head/Department Head to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Candidate should have strong experience in heading the Talent Acquisition role with expertise in Bulk hiring & team management skills.
- Should have experience in B2B & B2C
