Mgmt is giving a good platform to learn. If u r hard worker and proactive then u will be benefited. If u r not a hardworker and blaming the mgmt for all the things, then it is not the organization problem Salaries are ontime

I have been working in escon for more than 3 years, and i have been really enjoying. I have been committed to my job and proved my self and so i have been moved to Bangalore from Mumbai as per my request. And it have led me to take a new level to my career. I am thankful to escon management.

I dislike the co workers, who are not committed and just waste time, the management is wasting money on them.

Uneducated people promoted on basis of years spent with the company and doing chamchagirii and playing dirty politics. One Lady named MRS. LATA NAMBIYAR, who sits at top management seat with 9th standard fail status, no english knowledge, product knowledge, (before joined as kitchen staff and now promoted by pleasing the boss method. Worst company ever . No job security.. they asked to resign on immediate basis in probation period. I joined as QA QC Manager. After setting documentation formats and audit documents they told me to resign on immediate basis within a day..
