Escon management do not have the market knowledge and their own product strength to sell in the market. Hence they have a lot imaginable impossible targets and very weak service to the end user. In this complication only the sales guy would suffer

Hire and fire culture. Extremely poor management and culture. Hapazard management. No job security at all

Teammates are not cooperative, proper trainings not provided, no job security, no career growth, in this pandemic situation they not give salary to all employees, work environment is very worst, no work-life balance.

Only one man is decision maker so others (Managers, ....etc) are works as worker. Employees life is not secured. No safety PPEs provide.
