Salary gets deducted almost every month. 1st week of the month goes in struggling to get salary. Next week goes in finding reasons for deduction, as this is common for all employees.

No work after office hour.

Dislikes

High employee turn over, every month 10 to 20 employee leave and join. Every Saturday is an interview day. Way of speaking to employees is very bad ( little better than slave). Employee's faces in office always look like full of fear ( Anytime anybody can be sacked within a hour) .

Teammates are not cooperative, proper trainings not provided, no job security, no career growth, in this pandemic situation they not give salary to all employees, work environment is very worst, no work-life balance.

Dislikes

Only one man is decision maker so others (Managers, ....etc) are works as worker. Employees life is not secured. No safety PPEs provide.
