Yes I like Barbeque Nation and I am 100% satisfied in this company

But the company is not even paying the salary time to the employee, whenever someone takes leave, he is giving direct salary hold and there is no value of core value anymore.. like the employee is not focused anymore, and also the Bonus.. it is not given,,, that is wrong rules bcz of bbqn is big company and brand company name of know,,, thank you.

Burbeck Nation company is gust side to very good..but staff side so bad about food, work time,rest room facility than...and it is very hardworking place.... evening morning and evening time meeting or meeting gsi feedback....so staff mind not cool..and than so not happy and 100%work...

To much pressure. You have to work for 15 hrs and staff will keep running away bcs if low salary but management will blame you for everything. Plus they have budget to present on job portal but when it's time offer suddenly company doesn't have budget.

Salary does not beat inflation, They never give placement in the same state or city you are living in. Always give placement outside your hometown.
