I like working at ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK bank because as a first job I started my career from here and I learned very much thing about bank and system.

Dislikes

Compare to other bank ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK didn't provide every type of facilities and this thing may be little bit difficult to communicate with people for business.

Esaf is the best organisation ever I've seen. that was my first job..they give me opportunity to do this..I've learnt many things specially how to communicate with customer....how to manage all system...and specially esaf gave me respectful life....and etc....

Esaf Bank is Promoting IIBF Certifications which candidate can qualify and claim for incentives which is much higher than actual exam fees.

Work Culture, Ethics & Management is very poor.

Very bad experience from Esaf bank, no culture, operations staff not aware about operations well, heavy pressure in Life insurance products also DA actions for silly matters, overall bad experience from my career ever.

HR policies is the worst. Hike and promotion is only for name sake. If you put your papers you will get your FnF after 3.5 months months with notice period of 2 months. There many policies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. The only thing I like less in ESAF Small Finance Bank is the offices, the sales work is very dirty

Dislikes

There is a discussion on social and culture here but the work is just the opposite of that. I don't like it at all. Here they say something else and do something else. It is more of a show than a work.
