Dekho dono roles stability and growth offer karte hai but they have different focuses, data analyst roles are typically more tech driven while Credit Analysts focus more on finance and risk

consider growth and opportunities while you are thinking about career switch. Data analysis is a field with constant evolution and credit analysis is a critical function in banks. have you checked and searched about what certifications can help you get there?

Job Offer Dilemma
I’m in a situation and need some guidance.I have a job offer with:CTC: 9.4 LPA fixed + 21% variable = 11.4 LPA total.Location: Chennai (not ideal for me).Another opportunity is in the pipeline, with a more suitable location, but the expected CTC is around 9.4 LPA, which is significantly lower than the first offer.To add to the dilemma, the HR of the second company feels that asking for 12 LPA (considering my 9.4 LPA fixed offer) is too high.How would you approach this decision? Hello All,Today I received an Offer from "Suzuki Motors India Private Limited" in the Spares Parts Department at a designation of Assistant Manager in Gurgaon Location.Salary Offered to me :- 11.79 LPA which is 98k CTC/month and 86k In Hand/month.Can anyone suggest if this is a decent offer to accept for Gurgaon location or need to ask for more %hike.My current CTC is 80k CTC/month which is 9.6 LPA.
I been at my company for 6M and I feel like I am achieving nothing
I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here. I don't think my company knows what's there vision is, the management doesn't work properly it's gonna be almost 10 months to the company and they still can't figure out the basic every month they try something new recently they changed our contracts for example..ik start ups are like this but this is too much
