HR policies is the worst. Hike and promotion is only for name sake. If you put your papers you will get your FnF after 3.5 months months with notice period of 2 months. There many policies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. The branch manager chhindwara is not perfect for the branch manager. It has no knowledge about how to manage and behave his employees and subordinates.
