Firstly they said they will support us but lately it doesn't. The superiors gives us much pressure and also the mental health become worst. Poor customer dealings..during trainning they said like its a hybrid type work but its purely field work. And the working time they said that its 9-5 but we have to work from 8-8:30😂

The only thing I liked about esaf was I got some good friend circle, and learned about basic banking

Dislikes

Working atmosphere is too bad, extreme work pressure, don't have a systematic way of working conditions, no proper timing to exit from office after work especially ladies staff needed to sit at the branch 8 pm or 9 pm, no periodic analyzation of working conditions of employees from HR side, lack of good products
