Partialityis the biggest issue,also gender discrimination is the biggest issue in raipur cluster(where i worked) .only male employees is being transferring and female employees (if they want that location only then transfer is done)never get transfered by management,so bad culture here the cluster head can transfer you any where he wants and the hr department can't do anything about this.

The salary is low there is nothing worth here same position for past 5 years no increase in salary the gaurd makes more than a graduate employee. Just exploitation

...sector both in Sales as well as in operations. It was a nice banking experience. Salary was little bit lower but work atmosphere is probably good.

Has to improve the style of dealing with staffs. Salary to improve a lot. Very slow growth for staffs. Always show partially. Here the problems and make solutions for the one side only. Dont even enquire with the victims

1. No proper training Timing is from 9-5.30.But it can go upto 10.30pm . 2.Force to work on public holidays for entering microfinance collection. 3.Slow career movement.It is purely based on partiality.If your reporting officer is good then you may get promoted if not the you will be in same place. 4.Senior officers are selected from mostly campus placements.Ctc is too low for them. Please don't think that after confirmation you will become assistant manager. You have to do sales for 1.5 years..After that only you will be confirmed in the bank..After that your promotion depends on cluster heads and your branch manager.Dont think that you will get this directly..You have to perform well for confirmation , then perform well for becoming the assistant manager.In other banks mba graduates will get assistant manager post directly. Senior Officers don't have a specific role . They are forced to do all the operations work as well as sales job. All will blame the senior officers.Colleagues will not do anything.It is your responsibility to do all work.Even you do all work, next day they ask what did you do. 5.Bad attitude of managers.No proper training is given to them. they don't know how to treat employees.
