Work culture was average. Am not satisfued with my salary and expence. I worked as BOM at the same time as BM also.. i managed my branch for 8 months with only 2 satffs.. i struggled that period with staff shortage and low salary. I did’t get my BOM or BM allowances because of my grade was C1. I worked as BOM & BM’s work preassure in inside and out side of the branch even JFM too, but my salary was very low.
