There are lot of dislikes to be mentioned as a previous employee in ESAF Small finance bank. Starting from the infrastructure , culture , HR etc in every aspects of the bank it is a terrible experience for the employees. One of the pathetic situation I had seen only this bank is that for getting employees they will be offering good positions but after joining they will assign us some lower job roles without any proper intimation from any side and employees will be in trouble. So think before joining this bank....Read More
