Higher management and work process is lengthy and time take , reason by all the middle level management and operations are effectived. I saw in this organisation the hole year they recruite new staff, because all the senior staffs are resigned continuously because of work culture, and when new staff join he or she is not able to take much pressure, because they are new not familiar to situation , reason by again they are resigned because of reporting manager behaviour.
