I was with Eris for last 3 years and company is not having strategy what they have to achieve and how and what timeline it will take . I strongly suggests not to go with Eris company culture is terrible. And they don't have courtesy i not advisable to go there if you want to build career.

With a strong reputation in the market, ample promotional opportunities, and focused on employee well- being, my time there was truely rewarding.

1 Dislike to concentration of authority in person, prefer a more balanced approach to treat ABMs fairly in the organisation. 2 Displeased with the behaviour of RBMs and SMs misusing the authority, especially in building personal relations with core customers and potentially using company's resources for personal gain. 3 Dissatisfaction with minimum incremental policy for non- performers. I got high increments because i use to perform every year. However, its not fair with the non performers, they are also assets of the corporate. 4 Incentive policies are like just checked in the box. 5 No appreciation awards to the performers.
