It provides you cab for both side, balance work life, nice ambience and training before enengaged any projects.
Dislikes: Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.
