Likes

This is the bank of Nigeria now merged with Sterling Bank. Here I got the opportunity to implement core banking software Finacle version 10 a Infosys product.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Here I got sacked along with another 18 Indians after 1 year as central bank of Nigeria took the decision to merge the bank with Sterling Bank and remove all expatriate. But the group hired me for their bank put me to their own Telecom company.

Job security - Poor

Very nice culture with enough facilities.
