Insecurity in Job. I worked with a good team and happy to work with them, but my leader was not good. She always do micro management and identify faults. Seen lot of attrition in the team due to change in the management. No hike in salary and no growth. The company is amazing and leading in the market. Learned alot work in Email team.

Always discriminating on the work we do somany are suffering like this in the company but they are not telling it. On top of the managers check properly what they are doing how they managing. No proper KT will be provided once joining the project. One day they will provide food that is also too worst.
