There is not much to like about it. If you are a good resource and want to learn and grow then there are not much opportunities here.

There are too many mangers, there are managers who manages the manager. Because of this there is lot of micro management and with everyone involved in their own politics. People are in this company are there from 7-8 year and are planning to retire from here in next 5-10 year. They have quietly quit in their career and just passing time. This is manager driven organization where HR are puppets. They dont have any role to play other than nodding their head to the mangers .No work life balance.
