Managers are worst and It’s a trap that you have to work 5-6 hour/day instead they will make you to work in double shift in the night too(with USA folks). Initial 2 months they won’t say anything but after 2-3 month, real things will start And then they will start pressurising and will make you to work in double shifts ultimately. One more main reason is, They use legacy tech stacks completely. Its 3 days/week job with No extra or exchangeable WFH relaxation irrespective of any emergency family situation. If you are someone who wants to do some job to just pay bills, then this is the company for you. If you want to have a good time with your family along with a job, this is the best company. If you want to moonlight, then this is the best company.

Salary comes on time. Sports event will be happening but for that there won't be any seperate leave Annual event will be done at some 5 star resorts.

If you are under good manager then your work life balance will be really good otherwise your life will become hell. If raise some red flag also nobodywill listen from here management

Benifts are fine. Knly at entry time whatever you got it thats it. No more entertainment after that. No diwali, no Dasera etc, food free.

Work culture is bad, no work life balance, need to work US hrs also to get your things done. No helping nature from seniors and sitting on outsource.
