All the decisions are taken from foreign teams. Some India team managers have no knowledge technology on which their teams work. Managers do not provide timely and correct feedback to you. You can be fired any time suddenly without proper reason.

This is manager driven organization where HR are puppets. They dont have any role to play other than nodding their head to the mangers .No work life balance. Worst managerial behavior towards people working below them. They target person to an extent where employee will start doubting there skill set and self confidence. Benifts are fine. Knly at entry time whatever you got it thats it. No more entertainment after that. No diwali, no Dasera etc, food free.
