Epicor pays well. But learning is very limited and the technology, which is being used is very outdated.

Dislikes

Managers don't give you leaves. If you ask for sick leave it will be marked against your performance. Wfh policies are very stringent. Permanent night shift makes the environment very toxic and everyone is frustrated.

Micromanagement I have worked in this company(Bangalore,Ind) for 16 months and its was the worst time for me so far in my career.It is better no to joint if the offer is for IT (Network, server, cloud mgmt, DB,Info sec).It is headed(dot line manager) by a person who turns from a system admin background who doesn't have any manageme nt or tech skill other than pleasing the higher management.They should hire good managers and directors, not someone who is good in selecting floor mats or cafeteria design.HR is totally biased and will not even turn up to listen employees issues. No job security and no quality work <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> They will put employees under improvement plan even after giving higher performance ratings</mark>. The reasons mentioned would be out of the world, like no eye contact with manager, lack of commas and no space after periods on the mail. Same career goals for every year, no training,no documentation.Even the director of the department is clueless about road-map of upcoming projects ....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
