A hub of big politics and no value of your performance or skills and you need to spend money daily basis on your seniors to continoue your job. All your hard work will be taken over by the seniors as they take all the credit and say the presentation is made by them when it's actually you who does all the work. The MD of the company never comes out of his cabin to check the ground reality and blindly trusts his relatives kept as managers. They will speak foul language to both male and female employees. You can run your job only for 1 month to 2 months, not more than that. Senior manager doing helper packing work in warehouse. Be careful don't join this company.
