As an employees nothing will favour in this organisation. Extended work hours . Poor middle management. They will get top college grads and unable to use them properly. Bonus and hikes is just joke. Hikes based on visibility and managers (peer managers too).need to work on overnights and one day you will be get fired 😤. It’s People managed organisation. HRs policies will restrict to PPTs.

The Job is not Rocket Science, But the management makes it Rocket Science for basic Science which was learnt in 10th. Management is complicated and they want the employees to Hold their buckets for promotions even after having 100% efficiency else Managers will have grudges and they will start terminating.

Out of 4 years no increament for 2 years. Engineering work quality in India is pathetic. They hire IITians for testing under the garb of enineering. HR is worst- They will make policies but leave enforcement up to manager which doesn't happen due to work pressure. Consider only if you are jobless
