The Job is not Rocket Science, But the management makes it Rocket Science for basic Science which was learnt in 10th. Management is complicated and they want the employees to Hold their buckets for promotions even after having 100% efficiency else Managers will have grudges and they will start terminating.

We need to hold the buckets of Managers to be Promoted even after having best performance and this the expectations of the Managers as well.

It's a product based company with a premium product and hire good talent to maintain customer satisfaction and SAAS.

The company is not matured or eveloved ,it has premitive way of functioning, Management is very poor. holier than thou leadership. Esp in CS India. Fired people without notice , forced them to put papers.
