I have been with the company for the past 1.5 years, and I have a total of 7 years of experience. Overall, the company is quite good, offering a lot of global exposure. Its vision and mission are clear, and it operates in a dynamic environment, unlike many other organizations where there are numerous employees and growth tends to beslow. In my time here, I have learned more in 1.5 years than I did in the previous 6 years. My go to manager in india, who has been with the company for 5 years, leads our team, and many of my colleagues have an average tenure of about 3 years. Sometimes, the perspective is very USA-centric, but it really depends on the team. I have a manager in the US who is very transparent about a lot of things, and I’m grateful to have such a manager. The company should consider opening offices in other locations. They are not strict about requiring people to come to the office, especially in the Bangalore office. While this flexibility might seem beneficial to some, I believe many of us would prefer to spend at least three days in the office to get to know our colleagues better. Work life balance was good. Working at the company on live client request and coming up with resolutions was satisfying.

The company had called me for high level role during the interview, but made me settle for entry level role. The company would deduct small amounts from my salary, and the manager would come up with explanations saying that it will be cleared in the next cycle, which never happened. The manager was highly manipulative, and kept on discouraging professionally so as to avoid appraisals. There is no job security. On completion of the work for the day there is very little scope to develop your skills or getting trained for higher roles. Less qualified employees who have been with the company for longer period of time are paid less but promoted. New more qualified employees are made to work under them. Knowledge gaps create friction and the managers feel threatened. The best thing about Enfusion is its optimistic approach and employees satisfaction. It gives a lot of growth opportunities and flexibility to directly interact with the leaders and share your thoughts and ideas. The favorite aspect of my current job is the variety of work and I like to come to the office all five days a week and it helps me to work efficiently.

Employee centric If you get good manager you life is haven but if you go under wrong manager you will leave company in year.

Some managers shouting on floor like you are servants and not employee. Even though upper managers look at them don’t take action. favouritism Is major drawback

No since the management is horrible. I will never suggest or working in Enfusion anymore.

People are biased. Lot of politics. No proper support from top management even after getting good feedbacks from manager and above.
