Dislikes

As a subcontractor company, there is a limit to the technical knowhow one can get from Energytec. The salary appraisal is very hard here with a lot of company politics in play. Job security totally depends on your performance (which is closely watched) and how you go along with the company rules and policies(which is sometimes absurd). Salary totally depends on how often the cheques are cleared so a fixed date is not there for it. Work Details

I joined Energytec as a QC Welding inspector in Qatar. Initially, only inspections and documentation was under my scope but since as I am a BTech graduate, I was given additional duties of site engineer and that of the workshop in charge.
