The company is really ready to accept new ideas and you can roam many cities but at the same time you should have to focus on franchise support.

Dislikes

There is no such a better increments, some times working hours is less and times you have to work for more hours.You may get some irritation while your doing your job.

My experience in Energy & Firetech was good. The co-workers are friendly and helpful. Training provided is good. Working hours are perfect.

Dislikes

If you are looking for long term stability then this is definitely not your choice. Growth opportunities are low and salary satisfaction is also not good.
